While we are extremely vigilant about the quality of all our creations, we understand that exchanges or returns may occasionally be required if the product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Please note that requests for exchanges or returns should be made within 10 working days after the delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will not be made for items with signs of usage such as wear, marks, or scratches. 

You will also need to provide a proof of purchase.

Please note that you will be liable for the shipping costs as well as any taxes and duties that may be associated with the cost of returning the products to Kalunza and the delivery of the replacement product(s). 

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kalunza.com mentioning “Return” in the title subject of your email.

Provide your order number, products to be returned, the reasons of the return, the pick-up address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your returned or to be exchanged item has been received you will receive a notification email.

Within up to 5 working days following this email, you will receive a follow-up email with detailed information about your exchange, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you have shipped an order to a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination, taxes and duties are non-refundable through Kalunza. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. If you have shipped an order to a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) destination, taxes and duties are refundable through Kalunza.
